Wymon 4.0 released!

A new improved version of Wymon has been released and is being rolled out to Wysine customers.
In keeping with the theme of Measure, Monitor and Manage, Wymon 4.0 brings together a new user interface through which
Wymon users can not only track consumption patterns, but also generate energy assessments. The key features of the this
release are:
- Captures the direct carbon emissions of a facility by translating energy usage to kg Co2
- Can be extended to include water management
- Comparison of monitoring points across multiple locations
- Email individual reports
- Online alerts tracking load, units, MD, PF and frequency trends

'Energy Savings certificate' tradable

To promote energy efficiency and energy saving, the energy saving certificate would be made tradable. This was
announced by Dr. Ajay Mathur, Director General of Bureau of Energy Efficiency. To enable the trading of the certificate,
the Energy Conservation Act 2001 would have to be amended. Comapnies which achieve savings in excess of their quota would
be able to trade with those which are unable to meet their efficiency targets.
Wysine wins "Innovative Energy Saving Product" Award

Wysine's energy management product, WyMon, was selected as an "Innovative Energy Saving Product" in the SME
category at the CII-GBC event held in Chennai.

Wysine is participating in the 10th National Awards for Energy Excellence and will be showcasing WyMon at the event.
The event, conducted by CII, will be held at the Chennai Trade Center on the 19th and 20th of Novemeber, 2009.
